Demolition of the existing farm house and farm buildings and redevelopment of the site.
As the site was self-contained and influenced by the Green Belt and former farm buildings, the houses have been designed to abound with local vernacular features to give the development a rural character all of its own.
Construction of 10 no. dwellings within the existing farm curtilage built in coursed second hand stone which is somewhat of a rarity for new developments. This gives the development an instant established feel when combined with a suitable complimentary roof covering.
